Last week was the start of our Elementary, Junior High, and High School cross country season. The season began with the Timberlake Cross Country Meet, which was a great success. Timberlake had multiple runners that placed. Following are the top three runners who placed from each grade and their overall placing:
Elementary boys - Carson Judd (2nd), Hudson Judd (3rd), and Tyson Pierce (4th). Elementary Girls - Kendyl Meyer (1st), Ayla Lamle (4th), Mona Stovall (5th). Both elementary girls and boys teams won overall in their meet.
Junior High Boys - Bobby Perryman (3rd), Rhett Wallace (6th). Junior High Girls - Katie Hollenbeck (1st), Addyson Dunavant (2nd), Holly Hickman (3rd). The junior high girls team placed first overall in their meet.
High School Boys - Conner Severin (14th), Cooper Schlup (20th), Paxton Wiseman (25th). High School Girls - Amilya Jones (19th), Addy Wallace (22nd), Alaia Thomas (24th).
The Tigers travel to Mooreland this Saturday, Sept. 6th, for their next meet. Timberlake will host another meet at home on October 11th. Further details will be shared closer to the event.
