This week at the elementary, the Scholastic Book Fair will be open through Friday. The school is also hosting its first-ever Christmas Literacy Night on Wednesday, December 3rd.
This event is planned in conjunction with the book fair to welcome families for a fun-filled, Christmas-themed evening. Classrooms will be set up for Christmas crafts, and families can enjoy a free chili and hot dog dinner, hot chocolate, sweets, and shopping at the book fair!
Christmas Literacy Night will take place from 5–7 PM at the elementary school in Jet, but the book fair will be open all day. It will also remain open during school hours for the rest of the week.
