6th grade wrapped up their month long Holocaust unit today. They ended the unit with group timeline presentations.











The Timberlake Student Council will be sponsoring Blessing Bags again this year.
7-12 Students, please have your items here by Friday, December 8, so that we can prepare the bags! Remember--students can gain points towards semester test exemption by providing items.


The elementary is going to have a Christmas spirit week the week of Dec. 11th. See the flyer for specific details.


Tomorrow evening the HS basketball teams will kick off their seasons. 7/8 girls and boys will play DCLA at 4:00 and then HS girls will tip off at 6:30 with boys immediately following. The theme for the game is white out. Please come support our student athletes.


Conner Severin and Ava Jokerst, HS FCCLA students, presented their STAR Event to the 3rd/4th graders today. STAR stands for Students Taking Action with Recognition, our event is Focus on Children. Our title is " A Balanced Mind' and is based on the positive effects of yoga in children. We partnered with Megan Ferrell from the Alfalfa County OSU Extension Office; where Megan is the OSU Extension Educator for 4H and Family and Consumer Sciences. Both classes learned about the benefits of yoga and got to practice a few yoga moves.

Pep bus will leave Helena at 3:00. Students must have $10 or a digital ticket to get on the bus. The bus will stop before the game to eat as well so students also need money for that.

Happy Thanksgiving from Timberlake Public Schools. School is out from Nov. 22-26. Have a great break!


Today the JH/HS students participated in their annual "Day of Thanks" by completing community service projects in the towns of Helena, Goltry, Jet, and Nash.

Let's Light Up the Cowboys on Friday, Nov. 24th. The Tigers will travel to Alex for Semi-Final action versus the Ryan Cowboys. There will be a honkout on Friday @ 12:45 in the HS parking lot. Be there to help us cheer our boys out of town. At the game, HS cheerleaders will have glow sticks to hand out to Tiger fans. BE THERE & BE LOUD!
