Did you know our 1st Grade class has been busy becoming animal experts this month? 🐒🦅🐢 Each student researched an animal of their choice, wrote their very own animal book, and created a habitat to match. As a special class project, we also wrote an Animal Facts book that will be published soon! 📚🎉

Who knew spreadsheets could be this fun? 🎉 After completing a unit on organizing and analyzing data, formatting, and sorting, our students used Google Sheets to create their very own Battleship game! They designed grids and used formatting to mark hits and misses. 🧠💡

Four of our junior and senior students had the opportunity to share on KOFM about a recent service project with the Salvation Army in Enid. The juniors and seniors in Mrs. Gwinn's English classes spent a few hours learning about opportunities to serve at the Salvation Army a few weeks ago, and today Caedyn Campbell, Clayton Harding, Bailey Oldham, and Amiah Ross spoke to Alan Clepper about the project.
Inspired by the book Do Hard Things: A Teenage Rebellion Against Low Expectations, students stepped outside their comfort zones to volunteer and see real needs in the community. What started as something unfamiliar quickly became meaningful, as students gained confidence, perspective, and a deeper understanding of service.
We’re proud of these students for choosing to do something challenging and making it count.

HS Softball Update - At Turpin's request, the slowpitch softball game scheduled for today has been cancelled.

**Cancelled - **🥎 Timberlake HS Softball will play a doubleheader against Turpin in Jet at 4 PM.
⚾ The HS Baseball team continues play in the Chisholm Trail Tournament. They will face Watonga at 2:15 PM and Pioneer at 4:30 PM. Games will take place at Pioneer.
⚾ The Timberlake JH Tournament also continues, with Timberlake playing at 3:15 PM vs. Cherokee and at 6:30 PM vs. Waynoka.
