Day 1 of the State Track Meet is in the books, and our athletes showed out! 👏🔥 🏅 Lilly Johnson placed 2nd in the Long Jump while breaking her own school record! Today we had the honor of welcoming the Class of 2026 back to the elementary halls where their journey first began. From little backpacks to graduation caps, it’s been incredible to see how far they’ve come. Congratulations to the Class of 2026 on this amazing accomplishment! We are so proud of all you’ve achieved and can’t wait to see the impact you’ll make in the future. 🎓✨ #ClassOf2026

Our Timberlake 2nd & 3rd graders had an unforgettable adventure at A2Z Zoo! 🦘🦜🐢 Students explored amazing animals, learned fun facts about wildlife, and enjoyed hands-on experiences outside the classroom. From curious monkeys to friendly wolves, every stop brought smiles and excitement! A big thank you to the staff at the zoo for making our visit so educational and memorable. We loved seeing our students ask great questions, show kindness to animals, and make lasting memories together! 💚🐾

Our elementary students came together to create projects showing support for the families, first responders, and those impacted by the recent Enid tornado. Through handprints and encouraging messages, students shared kindness, hope, and reminders that people are thinking of them. These displays are a small way to let others know they are supported and not alone.

On April 29th, the 6th grade science class wrapped up their last science project with an Egg Drop challenge. Each student engineered their own contraption to protect their egg from a very high drop and their creativity, problem-solving, and a whole lot of egg-stra courage were on full display. Today, we recognized three of the designs and gave the following awards to: People’s Choice Award went to Pueblo D Egg by Callen Johnson Hardest Landing Award went to Eggberta by Carson Judd Softest Landing Award went to Sir Scrambles Egg Drop by Ali Dayton While only three awards were given, there were 11 total eggs that survived the fall: 3 cm Egg Defeater by Noah Berg Sir Scrambles Egg Drop by Ali Dayton Humpty Dumpty Egg by Jade Hickman VIP Egg by Brax Hutchison Sigma Egg by Stetson Jackson Egg-xcellent Egg by Judah Jenlink Eggberta by Carson Judd Egg Egg by Henry Leis Egg Sheeran by Jayli Severin Super Flying Egg by Zayden Spade Egg bert Einstein by River Wiseman From cracked shells to perfectly protected egg passengers, this was the perfect hands-on way to celebrate all the science learning, teamwork, and fun they've had this year.

The elementary track meet at Cherokee has ended early. We are loading elementary buses now at Cherokee and routes will head out directly from here. JH/HS students will be released when the elementary bus arrives at Helena at approximately 3:05. Please call the school if you need to make different pickup or route arrangements.

Tigers had a great day at the Regional Track Meet where several of our team members qualified for State next weekend. Once results are gathered from the other Regionals we will post with additional qualifiers.
