JH/HS parents come meet Miss. McCracken at Open House!


Due to a scheduling conflict the immunization clinic that was originally scheduled for August 8th has been moved to Monday, August 12th from 2:00-4:00 in the HS Library. Reminder - incoming 7th graders need their TDAP shot.


Parents -Upon completing the enrollment process you will receive an email from noreply@sylogist for each student submission. The email will state that "Timberlake has completed your student records submission and it was posted" or that "Timberlake has sent back your student records submission". If your submission was sent back to you, read the email and see exactly what form you need to edit. You will then have to sign back in to Sylogist and choose "Edit Document" on the form that was not properly completed. We are hoping to have all submissions posted by the first day of school.

Reminder - On Tuesday, August 13th from 5:00 - 7:00 you can meet your child's teacher at Open House. JH/HS students your schedules will be in the Guardian Portal on Sylogist by Open House. At the elementary, PTO will be offering a back to school photo backdrop and you can purchase a 5x7 for $5. They will also be offering a hot dog meal that includes a hot dog, chips, drink and treat by donation. If you signed up for a backpack you will be able to get those at Open House. Elementary students can pick up their bag in the library. JH/HS students can pick up their bag in the office.


Reminder - PK - 12th grade enrollment and athlete and bus driver physicals tomorrow from 8:00-2:00 at the HS.

Here is the Elementary & JH Football schedule. 5:30 is the start time for the 5th/6th grade games and JH will immediately follow.

A few reminders for enrollment - **If your child attended Timberlake last year, you already have an account on Sylogist. **We encourage you to sign in with a gmail email if you have one that is associated with your guardian account. **You also have the ability, if the need arises, to reset your password from the login page. **If you are enrolling your child in Pre-K for the first time you will need to click "add new student" when you are in the portal. **The scheduled enrollment days are for NEW families to our district and for anyone needing assistance with online enrollment. **Please complete ONE lunch room application per family.


Open House at the Elementary and JH/HS will be on Tues. Aug. 13th from 5-7.


Donate old shoes to FCCLA from Aug. 1st - Oct. 10th.


JH/HS Athletes - This is the last week of summer pride July 29th - August 1st at 6:30.


Enrollment Update - If your child attended Timberlake Schools last year you already have a Sylogist account. You only need to request an account if you did not enroll your child last year in Timberlake Schools. If you have forgotten your password please click "Forgot Password" and you will be able to reset it. If you have a gmail email account associated with your guardian account, you can click "sign in with Google". Once you are signed in you should see all of your students. If you are enrolling a Pre-K student for this year you will need to click "Add New Student".

Timberlake PTO will once again be providing school supplies for every student for the 24-25 school year. However, we have noticed that a lot of families provide backpacks for their students, so we didn't want to purchase a bag for every student if they were not needed. You only need to complete this form if there is a school age child(ren) in your home that is in need of a backpack for the 24-25 school year.
